A smooth salted caramel paired w a crunchy pecan and pretzel praline, sweet and savoury lovers UNITE

A passionfruit pate de fruit paired with a creamy white chocolate passionfruit ganache, the double pash works BEAUTIFULLY

Salted caramel, milk chocolate ganache, and a homemade shortbread base, 
-TAMARIND AND BLACK GARLIC, 
Now I know it sounds strange, but this one is NOT to be missed. A tangy tamarind caramel paired with a smooth black garlic ganache, think molasses, balsamic, sweet and rich, my favourite of the range for sure!
 
-LEMON,
A creamy white chocolate lemon ganache, 
 
-BLACK SESAME AND TAHINI, 
A milk chocolate creamy tahini ganache paired with a black sesame praline, not super sweet but nutty and earthy, really lovely pairing!
 
-HAZELNUT POTATO CHIP,
